How to Use: To create your own custom wellness, bath and body products. Choose any of Escents' scentless products or carriers and add 10-20 drops per 30ml or 1oz of product. You can also add 5-8 drops in an aroma diffuser to scent your space, deodorize and purify the air.

For topical application: Mix 4-20 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of carrier oil.

For local application: Apply to affected area up to 3 times per day.

For body massage: Apply once daily.

For Steam inhalation: Add 6-24 drops of undiluted essential oil to a bowl of steaming water/facial steamer. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes. Up to three times per day. Do not use essential oils undiluted.

Circulatory System: Stimulates blood and lymph. Detoxifying and warming. Increases perspiration. Helps facilitate blood circulation. Great for treating colds, flu, hemorrhoids, varicose veins, poor circulation and fibromyalgia.
